Community Experience is a pivotal role at The Circle, responsible for managing front office operations and enhancing the member experience. This dynamic position requires a proactive individual who excels in customer service, community engagement, and operational management. The ideal candidate is a personable, organized, and resourceful professional with a passion for fostering a positive and collaborative community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Member Experience: Ensure a superior member experience at the Front Office when members or visitors check into our space.
Brand Representation: Represent our brand and service ethos while acting as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, providing a professional and friendly service.
Digital Reports Management: Maintain front office digital reports for audit and compliance purposes.
Meeting Room Management: Assist in meeting room management, operations, and other community tasks as assigned.
Member Services: Manage the member service desk, member helpline, emails, and WhatsApp to provide an excellent customer experience.
Member Onboarding: Onboard new members on Nexudus (our space management tool).
Policy Guidance: Guide members on all relevant policies and house rules of The Circle.
Visitor Management: Oversee visitor management and daily reporting.
Member Assistance: Assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintenance and Cleanliness: Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning in the front office area.
Qualifications:
Fresher / Lateral with 1 -2 years of experience in a front office or community management role, preferably in a co-working space or hospitality industry.
Proficiency in using space management tools like Nexudus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to represent The Circle's brand and values with integrity and professionalism.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating a positive member experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: DehradunContract Management:
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to renewal and termination.
Collaborate with various departments to understand contract requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
Centralized Custodianship:
Establish and maintain a centralized repository for all contracts, MOUs, and legal documents.
Develop and implement a system for efficient retrieval and tracking of contractual obligations and deadlines.
Compliance Oversight:
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all contractual matters.
Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization's legal obligations.
Client Contract Management:
Facilitate the sending of new contracts to clients for review and signature.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely contract execution and adherence to contractual terms.
Dispute Resolution:
Assist in the resolution of legal disputes or concerns that may arise during the course of business.
Required Qualifications
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Law
2 - 4 years of prior work experience
Specializing in Corporate Law- Real estate, Mining, Logistics, Healthcare, etc

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy:
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring a strong brand presence in the market.
• Identify target customer segments and craft marketing initiatives tailored to their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
2. Brand Management:
• Build and maintain a strong and recognizable brand identity that communicates the company's vision, mission, and values.
• Oversee the development and implementation of branding guidelines across all marketing materials and communication channels.
3. Customer Acquisition and Retention:
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and increase market share.
• Implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty programs to enhance customer lifetime value.
4. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Leverage digital channels to create engaging customer experiences and drive lead generation.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote events, partnerships, new location launches, and offers.
• Work closely with community managers to amplify location-level activities and updates.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
5. Offline Marketing Initiatives:
• Develop and manage offline marketing activities, such as events, partnerships, sponsorships, and traditional advertising, to expand brand reach and awareness.
6. Market Research and Analytics:
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for the company.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize marketing strategies.
7. Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Community, Operations, and Product Development, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Provide marketing support for new product launches and service offerings.
• Work with photographers, videographers, and content creators to produce engaging content (reels, member stories, workspace highlights).
• Identify and engage with influencers, local businesses, and ecosystem partners for collaborations.
• Develop and edit original, engaging, and innovative content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.) / Coordinate with the Social Media agency.
9. Performance & Reporting:
• Track and report weekly and monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, campaign ROI).
• Suggest data-driven strategies to boost visibility and conversions.
• Analyse results, and report insights to refine the social media approach.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Graduate or postgraduate degree from esteemed/ premium institutions
• Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in the Marketing role
• Experience in the Hospitality, Co-working, Co-living, Real Estate industry
• In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital and traditional media
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and content trends.
• Hands-on experience in managing campaigns, content planning, and working with creative tools.
• Good communication skills, a creative mindset, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer, Canva and Meta Business Suite is a plus.
