  • Contract Management:

    • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to renewal and termination.

    • Collaborate with various departments to understand contract requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
       

    Centralized Custodianship:

    • Establish and maintain a centralized repository for all contracts, MOUs, and legal documents.

    • Develop and implement a system for efficient retrieval and tracking of contractual obligations and deadlines.

    • Compliance Oversight:

    • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all contractual matters.

    • Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization's legal obligations.

    • Client Contract Management:

    • Facilitate the sending of new contracts to clients for review and signature.

    • Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely contract execution and adherence to contractual terms.
       

    Dispute Resolution:

    • Assist in the resolution of legal disputes or concerns that may arise during the course of business.


    ​Required Qualifications

    • Graduate / Post Graduate in Law

    • 2-4 years of prior work experience.

    • Specialized in Corporate Law- Real estate, Mining, Logistics, Healthcare etc

  • Job Summary: As a Digital Social Media Manager at The Circle.Work, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and sales for our co-working spaces. Your primary focus will be to leverage various social media platforms, implement digital campaigns, and engage with the target audience to generate high-quality digital sales leads. This position is based in Gurgaon and Delhi and requires a proactive, creative, and results-oriented individual with a passion for social media marketing and lead generation.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and community engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

    • Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.

    • Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan and execute lead generation campaigns on social media, focusing on targeted audience segments and utilizing lead generation tools and techniques effectively.

    • Community Management: Monitor and manage online community interactions, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

    • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, user engagement, and lead generation metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

    • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and brand messaging.

    • Influencer Marketing: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and industry thought leaders to expand brand reach and attract potential customers.

    • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices, implementing innovative ideas to drive lead generation.

    • Coordination: Coordinate with relevant social media agency, PR agency, or any other digital marketing agency engaged with The Circle. Work.


    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • 3-4 Years of experience in Social Media Marketing

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully generating digital sales leads.

    • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Keyword Trends, Meta's Ad Platform, and Campaign management.

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for lead generation.

    • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and produce engaging content.

    • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and make data-backed decisions.

    • Experience with influencer marketing and community management is a plus.

    • Knowledge of the co-working industry or real estate sector is beneficial but not mandatory.

    • Experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Relationship, Customer service

    • Looking for people who are into sales and acquiring new clients

    • Based out of the mentioned location, the role will involve selling to specified prospects in the local geography as well in other regions of the country.

    • Execute the sales strategy with a goal of new client acquisition

    • Ability to clearly communicate the value proposition to the target audience and increase awareness of the company;

    • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and continuously capture feedback from prospects and customers

    • Experience of managing a sales cycle from originating a prospect to successfully converting it to a customer

    • Experience of delivering accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and reviews to the top management team Required


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in business or Equivalent Experience

    • 5 – 6 years of prior work experience. Preferred Skills:

    • A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation

    • An effective team player with a strong work ethic

    • Should have good communication skills, both verbal & written

    • Should be good at building & maintaining relationships with clients

    • Should be proactive

    • Should represent the company in industry events & client meetings
